| With the increasingly serious global environmental pressure, the concept of sustainable development has been widely spread throughout the world. In the face of the realistic problems that current building energy consumption accounts for one third of social total energy consumption, related research and practice of green architecture also gradually rise. Human are facing three major world problems-"population explosion, environment pollution and energy shortage". In the meanwhile, various countries and areas have an in-depth discussion on human living by actively mutual cooperation and supervision; the development of greenhouse comes to mature.Based on Chongqing’s new "Green Ecological Residential (Green Buildings) Area Construction Technical Regulation", this article conducts a research on the design of green ecological area in Chongqing. As "Technical Regulations of Ecological Area" is concerned about various professional evaluation of various stage of ecological areas, the system of it is very complex. The author summarizes and concludes the clauses of design stage, which is relevant closely to the architectural design, and studies and analyzes its design content to offer a relatively perfect design strategy of ecological residential areas for architects, developers and relevant personnel, which is advantageous for convenient and efficient ecological residential design. The article is divided into five chapters and mainly studies from the following several aspects:The first chapter of the paper introduces the research background, points out the research significance and purpose, determines the research object and category, explains the research content and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad, and puts forward research methods and framework.The second chapter generalizes, analyzes and summarizes the related theory of greenhouse. Firstly the paper summarizes Chinese traditional building green ecological view, and then it analyzes the design strategy of the areas which is hot in summer and cold in winter. Besides, the paper summarizes its green design idea combining with Chongqing traditional housing. At the same time, the paper conducts a relative research in the face of green residential assessment system at home and abroad.The third chapter combines "Technical Regulations of Ecological Residential Areas" of Chongqing issued in 2015 and analyzed the architectural design stage as well as the related evaluation, putting forward the framework of the ecological residential design and the overall design goal in Chongqing in guided by the green building assessment. And the author collects the data and carries on the field investigation of representative of green ecological residential areas in Chongqing ("Ecological Areas"), and analysis, summarizes the research results.The fourth chapter puts forward the control requirements and optimization strategy from three aspects:planning and designing, architectural design and ecological landscape design. Also, it summarizes the technical design idea under the background of ecological residential areas.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, which concludes the above four chapters and puts forward the prospect of future study.① Through the analysis of "Technical Regulations of Ecological Residential Areas", the author summarizes the overall design objectives of design stage of ecological residential areas in Chongqing, and classifies into " control" and "optimization" combining with the regulations.② The author, combining with the overall design objectives, investigates and analyzes the ecological areas which have already been built and which are still under construction. By analyzing the survey results, the author finds that a large part of the ecological areas in Chongqing are only satisfied with the requirements of "control", but not satisfied with the requirements of "optimization"③ In the end, the author, according to the overall design goal and combining with the survey results, conducts a survey of the Chongqing ecological areas guided by the green building assessment.1) It adapts to the characteristics of reginal planning and design, including the overall planning of land use, efficient traffic organization, intensive space utilization and reasonable construction layout-four aspects of design content.2) It combines with the climatic conditions of architectural design, including the agreeable design of architectural space and adjustable building envelope-two aspects of design content.3) It adjusts the ecological landscape design of micro climate, including a variety of greening designing, the highly effective water resource utilization and rich biological diversity-three aspects of design content.4) It is the design thinking in the background of era technology, including the design concept of housing industrialization, use of BIM technology, improving intelligent system of ecological areas-three aspects. |
