Ultra-pure driving is high-airproof and noncross-contaminate technology which develops with the development of modern science and is widely used in applications such as pharmacy, medical equipment, chemical industry and life science. The bearingless slice motor has not only all the advantages that bearingless motor has, but also has desirable airproof property due to reduction of the axial bearing. The technology of magnetic suspension is not applied to the ultra-pure application until the appearance of bearingless slice motor.When working at high speed, the problems such as poor stability and anti-interference of the bearingless slice motor limit its further development and application. The analysis and design of dynamic behavior of the rotor influence the performacne of the whole systen when it comes to a bearingless slice motor system working at high speed. Take for example a man-made blood pump in which a motor system is used, the user's life is totally on the stability of rotor system.This paper proposes a model of the dynamic behaviour of the rotor of passive suspension using the principle of geostatics and mechanics of gyroscope. The stability of system under different damps, different functions and different parameters is analyzed.A H∞controller is designed for a bearingless slice motor to investigate the effect of the controller to the disturbance. The results of the simulation are compared with PID controller.The static suspension of the bearingless slice motor is realized through dSPACE realtime simulation system in this paper.
