| The application area of flexible connector is more and more abroad. The swing feature of flexible connector is within strictly limited space. The design of flexible connector swing equipment and the processing of its experimental data have important application value.The flexible connector swing equipment and its data collection system are designed in the paper. The data processing model is built, used to computer the swing centre, swing angle and torque. Three computing methods of swing centre, i.e. the midperpendicular relative to origin position, the midperpendicular relative to last position, and centre swing. The compute formulas of their methods are given in detail. The corresponding algorithm is realized with C language. The computation of the real data from flexible connector swing experiment is curried out. The results show that the methods given in this paper are effective. |
