The progress of vibration table as a standard equipment in the vibration test directly impacts on various areas, as well as weighs the development of industry as an important symbol. The rapid development of the industry, especially space area, the vibration frequency range and output are demanded higher and higher, and improving frequency range and increasing output are important themies that have run throughout the course of vibration table development.In some experiment system, the loading frequency of the control valve needs 0 -200 Hz and loading frequency can be controlled accurately. The working frequency of the electrohydraulic vibration exciter conventionally constructed by a servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder or a motor is to a large extent limited to fairly narrow range by the frequency response capability of the servo valve. Now high frequency valve are all electromagnetic. As a result of the power insufficiency in electromagnetic high frequency valve, it can not be put into use in the place of big flow. So we have the necessity to design the new high frequency valve which can adapt these request.The research goal of the topic is to design and make one high frequency digital directional control valve which meets the requests of huge output force and quick respond and wide work frequency.The actual system we establish in this topic is the double degree of freedom valve which has the radial direction rotary motion and the axial translation motion .Now the same type of product has rarely been found.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:In chapter one, a summary of some relevant information about the history and trend of this research is made. The meaning, purpose and the main tasks of this thesis are given.In chapter two, the structure and main technology parameters of 2D high frequency valve are introduced and the operating principle of 2D high frequency valve has been set forth.In chapter three, according to overall structural design and the principle of work of 2D high frequency valve, all parts of structures are design ed and proofreaded.In chapter four, the structure and working principle of this electrohydraulic vibration exciter and application superiority of 2D high frequency valve in electrohydraulic vibration exciter are introduced.In chapter five, mathematical model of 2D high frequency valve is established and analysis to the mathematic model. Finally the MATLAB software and the simulation are introducedIn chapter six, the vibration-exciting force signals and the displacement signals are obtained by adapting card under Delphi development. The real excited waveforms are analyzed, compared and studied.In chapter seven, a summary and a prospect of this thesis are put forward as the conclusion.
