With the increasing organic pollution of water resource, the improvement of drinking water standard and the low removal efficiency of organic micro-organic pollutants by conventional water treatment technics, more and more attention has been paid to micro-organic pollution of drinking water.The hydro-clarifier of micro-vortex was designed,which was based on the research hotspot of micro-vortex clarifying technology and in combine with vortex diffusion,sludge suspension layer, type inclined plates theory. This clarifier's mechanism and effectiveness of water purification was identified by the raw water with the bed mud of Chan river.And three common coagulants(PAC,PAFC and PAM)were also selected to finish the experiment.The conclusions were below:(1)This clarifier uses the adsorption bridging action of the organic polymer flocculant to formation the high density reticular flocculating constituents in the suspension layer,improming the treatment efficiency of the enhanced coagulation,the indexes of the effluent water reached the drinking water criteria without filtration.(2)The indexes of the effluent water adding the organic polymer coagulant were better than adding Coagulant only,and The indexes of the effluent water adding PAFC+ PAM were better than PAC + PAM. This clarifier was circulated in stability operation. Under the normal condition, the general turbidity of effluent water achieved the minimum 0.82 NTU, the general turbidity of effluent water whici adding PAFC,PAC and PAM achieved about 1 NTU.(3)This clarifier can effectively reduce UV254 andCODMn,as the UV254 of the raw water constantly changing, the UV254 of the effluent water stability in a lower level (about 0.05), The removal rate of UV254 could be stabilized with more than 76%, and it was up to 93%; the CODMnof the effluent water could below 3 mg/L.(4)Based on the general turbidity,the removal rate of UV254 andCODMnof effluent water and agents'cost of this two combination, it could be concluded that the best economic coagulants'combination was PAFC+PAM.
