Study On The Application Of Porosity Low Noise Asphalt Mixture

Porosity low noise asphalt mixture is a new type of pavement material.It exhibits excellent performances of drainage, noise reduction and anti-skating, which is being paid more and more attention by road engineer. The paper based on the quiet porosity asphalt test road in Qingdao,the application is studied on porosity low noise asphalt mixture to expressway .This paper analyses and studies the technical standard of raw material for domestic and international porosity low noise asphalt mixture. Combining with the practice of the test road and comparing with the existing design methods of mixed ratio of porosity low noise asphalt mixtures, it carries out the key research especially for existent problem, and proposes thoughts and solutions.Then with theoretical analysis and test method, this paper analyses and studies the conventional road performance and noise reduction performance of porosity low noise asphalt mixture, explores the related factor and law that affects the performance of quiet porosity asphalt mixture, it offers basis and suggestion for the application of quiet porosity asphalt mixture.Finally , the paper studies the key construction technology of Qingdao porosity low noise asphalt mixture test road, proposes the construction control technology, and carries out detection and appraisement for the project quality.
