The system of asphalt overlay on the old cement concrete pavement can effectively improve the former road serviceability,hence there are a lot of factors which affect the performance.The treating of the old cement concrete pavement ,the interlayer structure and the material of the overlayer are the three aspects which particularly affect the performance.Firstly,the text systemly study the affect of the surface treatment to the old pavement, which including breaking process and regeneration of old cement concrete;treating to the pumping area of old cement concrete ,the pumping magnitude of cement pavement and the treating material of the pumping.The clearing could particularly increase the board regeneration of the interlay. The texe study the mechanism and the judgement of the bursting.We proceed the correlative experi-mental incestigation of the pumping material.Aim at the different bursting state,we advance three self-compensation pumping material.Secondly, the text study the mix design of the high binding spreading type of stress absorbed layer,SMA-5 and AC-5 .For the first time,we advance the"twain oil one stuff"type of spreading type stress absorbent layer.Through the indoor experi-ment,we recommend the dosage scope of the different materials.To the intermix type stress absorbed layer,we proceed that basing on the permanence and flow value it should relecancly increase the dosage of asphalt.Followly,we study the APP and the glass fiber grid interlayer through experiment. Based on the conclution of the result,we produce some corresponding indices and require of APP and the glass fiber grid interlayer which used as interlayer.In the end , we research the high performance asphalt concrete pavement which used as the surfacing layer. We study the fuction,the performace requirement and the plus thickness of the facing layer.Aimed at such specific applicating position,we design the mixing proportion of SMA-13,AC-16F and AC-13C.
