Cement concrete pavement will come into plate’s breakage under the load of vehicle andtemperature easily. Rain infiltrates into the crakes between two plates and destructs the roadbase. Mud splashes from the cracks and then there will produce space under the pavement. Thepavement will break under the vehicle load, as a result, this disease will cut the service life ofthe cement concrete pavement. Many professors at home and abroad make lots of study on thequestion, and get some success. Among the research programmes, laying Rubber alsphalt onthe pavement is popular in engineering application. The method plays an important role in theearly stage of the service life of the pavement. However, once the overlay breaks, it willaggravate the pavement’ damage. Hence, the program of overlay doesn’t make an ideal effect.The article analyses the damage principle of the cement concrete pavement as for theformer questions detailed. Based on the above theory, we can make sure that the maximumtensile stress at the bottom of the pavement is the key factor for the service life. According tothe Structure optimization theory and Plate theory, we can carry out the project that reducingthe maximum tensile stress with setting up stress interlayer between pavement and road base.By means of ABAQUS, building the pavement model with stress absorbing layer, the articlecan get a lot of different numerical values and relation curves. Based on the Maximum valuetheory, the article analyses25different combination types draws the Three dimensional figure.From the graph we can get the best combination type of the pavement thickness and theinterlayer thickness that the combination type of25cm cement concrete pavement and3cminterlayer is the best choice and achieving the aim of structure optimization.
