| With the improvement of the productivity level and the development of the enconomy in our country, reactive power optimization of distribution system has been played attention to the planner and operator in electric power enterprise. Reactive power optimization system should face to the whole network to control the voltage and reactive power, which would decrease the active power losses, the regulation of the taps of main transformers and the shunt capacitor, improve eligible rate of the voltages and reduce the labor of the operator in the substation.At present, many achievements have been gained on the optimization algorithm by many scholars, but single algorithm has some localization on the searching speed and quality. Therefore, a new algorithm is presented with particle swarm optimization and chaos optimization to solve reactive power optimization by this paper.Firstly, the mathematics model of the power flow is discussed and the reactive power optimization model is presented with operation characteristic of distribution system. And moreover a load assigned method in distribution system is proposed by this paper.Secondly, based on the research on many traditional optimization and new intelligent optimization algorithms for reactive power optimization, their advantage and disadvantage to support the integrative algorithm are discussed in the paper.Thirdly, the chaos variables to particle swarm optimization to form a new algorithm is introduced in the paper, which integrate searching quality of chaos variables and searching speed of particle swarm to give the chaos state to the particles which would be on superposition. It improves the searching ability in the whole and holds its celerity.Lastly, through the analysis of two IEEE standard samples, the capability of the algorithm and validates that its searching speed and quality are better than others are researched in the paper. In addition, optimizes the actual 35kV network which is dominated by west city electric power corporation in Tianjin is optimized in the paper, and calculation result show that the algorithm can reduce the power loss and increase the voltage quality greatly. |
