The rotary drilling rig is a kind of perfusion aperture device ,which is multifunctional and efficiency. It uses zero circulation crafts for drilling, and the crafts have the advantages of speediness,deep hole,excellent quality and low voice. The machine has been used for high architectures,irrigation projects,and city traffic constructions. As the develoption of time and the advancement of science and technology, more and more consumers put forward even more requests for the intelligentzing capability of the rotary drilling rigs. Such as the controlling of rotate backstay,self-motion verticality controlling slewing control engine supervising the surveying and displaying of drilling hole depth,fault for alarm. Therefore, the automatism has been the trendy of the rotary drilling rigs development.Referring to the rotary drilling rig, the key factor to influence the capability of hole is the flip vertical of the rotary drilling rig staff. The depth of hole can reach several meters even a few hundreds meters, so a little incline can lend to warp. The traffic and displace of the rotary drilling rig will make the backstay flatwise every time, so adjusting the flip vertical of backstay is necessary. In order to solve the question, we need to build the verticality control system of the rotary drilling rig. The system can adjust the flip vertical of backstay before working, but also can detect and adjust the state of the backstay. By the way of warm roaring, handlers can make the right choices., and insure the flip vertical demand of bore and the high quality in the construction. The automatic system can been used to other mechanism equipments, and have a deep significance for our country project machine.The article introduce Matlab and AMEsim software to the design of the verticality system of the rotary drilling rigs, and adopt AMEsim and Matlab /Simulink to emulate the parter of hydraulic pressure and the part of control. The flat roof fully uses the two softwares' strongpoints to establish the hydraulic pressure model and advancing data processing capacity. These make a strong base for the deep study.The followings are the main jobs the article has finished:1. The article gives a dynamics analysis to the backstay oil crock and build the emulator with the software Admas.We can get the conclusion that the force is minished with the verticality angle increasing. Second, give a briefly introduction to the function and principle of the rotary drilling rig. At last, build the flat including the hydraulic pressure and controlling.2. The article analyses the two systems including load-sensing system and LUDV system. It uses the AMEsim software to build the modeling, and the result shows that load-sensing pump system can provide the right supply to the rotary drillingrig.LUDV can operate the several organizations and has no effect with the load. In the auto verticality control system of rotary drilling rig the LUDV system is used and in this method, the best flow supply and good operability on the rotary drilling rig are realized and hydraulic system's performance is optimized.3. Give a particular introduction to the control teaches and use the way of the function transfer to bulid the maths model. This will build a firm foundation for the following choice of the control strategies and the design of the controller.4.Give a simple introduction to the approach of the fuzzy controller with the Matlab-Fuzzy toolbar. Basing the work condition of the rotary drilling rig and the auto verticality system, we can conclude the import regions. We also can use the T-S inferential model fuzzy controller to carry through differentiate of the control system, and get the rules.Then, we can get the fuzzy controller form through the rules. At last we can bulid the complex emulation by the hydraulic system on AMEsim and the control system model on the Matlab, and the conclusion can prove the right of the fuzzy controller.5. Adopt CoDeSys to compile the controlling software of the rotary drilling rigs basing the ESX-micro controler,and design the interface of the display to supervise the PLC controler.The whole system bases the CAN bus ,and it has the strongpoints of the higher credibility,instant effort and check-up. It can enhance the rotary drilling rigs level of information.
