Over the last decade, countries increasing emphasis on the transport and the development of the national economy, The construction of roads have been rapidly development , A large number of new materials are used in the construction. A large number of stone and lime cement stabilized crushed stone are used in grass-roots of the road, such as a stable fly semi-rigid material, For these grass-roots level have high strength, good durability, low cost and ease to construction, Easy to ensure the quality and many other advantages ,So the material are widly used in the road construction, because the lime cement powder of coal stabilized aggregate intension have large later strength and good performance of the board body,so the crack resistance and rost resistance is higher than cement powder of coal stabilized aggregate intension , At the same time to make full use of industrial waste and reduce environmental pollution.the mixture are becoming more and more widespread used in the construction of high-grade highways and urban road. At last achieved good results.There are Stable inorganic binder aggregates (soil) in grass-roots,and semirigid asphalt concrete surface layer in a large number of high-grade highway . which is in order to adapt to the strength and impact of economic Data show that the cement stabilized crushed stone and two ashes broken stone are used as base in 90% road which have been built Materials of semi-rigid base course has a lot of advantages such as that With high strength and load-bearing capacity. Semi-rigid material has a higher compressive strength and stiffness normal ,it has a flexural tensile strength which grow with age of materials, Therefore semi-rigid asphalt pavement typically have a smaller deformation and a strong ability to load the proliferation .And base of Semi rigid material with large stiffness and entirety .So it has a less value tensile stress in asphalt Surface ,so as to enhance the capacity of asphalt road surface to resist fatigue failure load .The third reason is that the base with materials of cement powder of coal stabilized attribute to the development of China's environmental protection .Not only change waste to treasure ,but also reduction of environmental pollution ,which has a great of social benefits .However there are also some problems in the structure .For example that there is a large shrinkage in Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base larger and it's easy to crack .It's unable to adjust the early coagulate time of cement and end coagulate time of cement then impacting on the quality of the project.Jining and huishan are the base of coal local at southwest in Shandong provice .There are a lot of thermal power plant around . Fly-ash is as a waste of industrial and the number is large . According to the survey data shows that A use of 10000 tons of fly ash can reduce occupation of 1 acre area and save 20,000-50,000 Chinese Yuan .It's necessary to conduct a study in order to protect the environment and land resources , so as to take full advantage of resource of high active fly ash in jining and huishan . There has been a widely use of base layer of lime-fly ash material in Shandong province with the research of in domestic and foreign .This paper researchs using high active fly ash in different maters of road base ,and paved the jinnghuishan test road to verify the real results of using fly ash in different maters of road base .Specification only Makes the provisions of stabilized soil of industrial waste .The detailed specifications for fly ash has not yet issued which means that it's in research of road base of fly ash materials .It's inevitably result in the indiscriminate use of materials or being in instability construction quality as normal provisions .This paper bases on jininghushang test road tested the physical and mechanical parameters of raw materials ensuring the design requirements , to resolve the problems and shortcomings of semi-rigid base of fly ash mixture and be optimization of concrete mixes.The paper research on cement fa-bound hoggin,lime-fhy ash concrete and cement lime fly ash hoggin to optimize mix-proportion . Compares and analysis the effect of strength and economic benefits of the there materials .Determine the optimal size distribution .And get some conclusions :1. High activity fly ash material in Jining is adequate.When the mixture of the first compound (cement -fly ash-gravelcompound)accord to cement:fly ash: gravel=5:10:85 ,The second compound (lime- fly ash-gravelcompound) acoord to lime:fly ash: gravel=8:10:82,The third compound (cement -lime- fly ash-gravelcompound) acoord to cement :lime:fly ash: gravel=3:5:10:82,the compound cost is lowest ,and meet the strength requirements, Comparison of three highly active fly ash mixture,the third compound have the greatest strength, but the highest cost.the strength of the second compound is the lowest ,the cost is between the other two,The first componund cost the lowerst,but the strength is lower than the third compound.For the three compound all meet the strength, we suggest to use the first compound .becouse the strength of the first compound is enough high , and it is the most economical.2. Miaojia-baisha test road combination of these mix proportion is paved according to three types, Using the the innovation construction technology . And at the same time using the up and down the grass-roots innovation in construction technology of construction. ,we test the results after one year. The test shows three types of test road sections are all meet the performance requirements, the mixture of economy and practicality is proved.
