With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for electricity is also increasing.As the main power of China's social electricity consumption,coal-fired power generation accounts for nearly 70%of the total capacity of China Generator Unit industry.One of the main safety hazards of coal-fired power plants is the dust.As a lifeline,the coal handling system is an important link to ensure the normal and safe operation of the power plant.However,it causes the most serious dust pollution.A large amount of dust can be produced during handling,transshipment,screening,crushing and transportation.In this process,the dust may cause environmental pollution,accelerate equipment wear,affect electrical insulation,and even cause a fire to explode.The most serious problem is that employees may suffer from occupational diseases and this may endanger their health.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to control dust without tissue emission.In this paper,the basic properties of dust in the coal handling system are analyzed.The causes of dust generation in the coal handling system and the dust removal method are studied and compared.It is decided to design a dust control scheme based on the dry dust removal technology.Through the analysis of dry fog formation,dry fog dust reduction mechanism and many factors affecting the effect of atomization and dust reduction,the combination of theoretical derivation and laboratory experiments is used to study the dry fog dust reduction technology,and a cost-effective dust reduction method is designed.Air pressure,water pressure and nozzle diameter are the main parameters that have the greatest impact on the spray.Three main parameters are tested separately through experimental setup.The best parameters for the work of the dry dust removal system are:water pressure 0.4MPa,nozzle aperture lmm,pressure 0.6MPa.The liquid flow rate of a nozzle that is calculated by three main parameters is 0.3L/h.Combined with the different working characteristics of belt conveyor,circular coal yard stacker and reclaimer and bridge ship unloader in the coal transportation system of Jianbi Power Plant,the dust reduction scheme was designed and implemented,and the field application achieved good dust reduction effect.From the analysis of economy,environment and safety,it is concluded that the energy consumption after dust reduction and transformation is smaller.The water consumption of dry fog dust removal equipment is 92.4%less than that of multi-tube impact dust collector,and the power consumption is saved 82%than electrostatic precipitator.It reduces coal-fired calorific value loss,and has good economic benefits.Through the dust detection and comparison at different locations on the site,after the dust reduction transformation of the coal conveyor belt conveyor,stacker reclaimer and ship unloader,the dust removal efficiency is as high as 98%,effectively reducing the dust concentration on the site,and the dust concentration of the coal gallery corridor is reduced to Below 2mg/m3,all of which are lower than the requirements of the "Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" GB16297-1996 and the "Sanitary Standard for Respirable Coal Dust in the Workplace" GB16248-1996.It solves the physical health hazards of the workers on the job site,improves the on-site environment of the workers,eliminates the fire hazard caused by the spontaneous combustion of coal and powder in the coal handling system,and achieves a good dust control effect.
