With the development of traffic, the safety of road has become widespread concerned. Research shows that the road conditions are mainly when accidents happen, and it is particularly prominent in snow covered cold regions. Because of the covering snow, the driving force and the braking force between tires and the road surface has been substantially weakened. To ensure traffic safety, highway maintenance departments have explored many effective prevention methods to remove ice and snow, physical methods of anti-skid is one of them. Physical anti-skid way is to loose certain amount of mineral anti-skid material on the road surface after snow. Consolidation of these materials snow on the road surface, after a certain period of time, will improve road friction coefficient, so it can remove snow for the automobile tire friction to delete the impact. So the research of tire rubber-anti skid is as important as the research of tire rubber-ice friction.The main work and achievement of this paper: 1. Based on the ANSYS software's nonli- near analysis technology, analogue the tire-road sliding friction in different friction coefficient, then analysis the distribution and magnitude of stress. 2. Use friction dissolve theory and hyd- rodynamic lubrication theory, considering couple of equation of Reynolds and equation of heat conduction, when the ice dissolving conduct pressure and thickness in contact zone, and temperature field of water film, then analysis the influencing factor of various element to fric- tion coefficient. 3. Analysis the tire on the have dissolved field when considering roughness of surface, analysis the effect when considering the different highness, different speed, differ- rent roughness and different texture to tire.4. In this paper, combining the research needs of his predecessor rubber block friction test analysis, we designed and test the rubber material in the low rough surface sliding friction experiments rubber material to be sliding in a low speed when the roughness of the surface friction of rubber. It was found that grit for tire friction is greatly improved, and the friction coefficient, by using of quality sand between tires and road surface, becomes nearly linear relationship. After the experiment, data is analyzed with the use of sand quality rubber coefficient of sliding friction formula.
