Along with the fast development of semiconductor industry,specially the digital signal processor appearance,as well as the precise inductor motor model and each kind of advanced control strategy propose,the development of electrical machinery controlled have resulted in the development of a highly reliable drive with highly accurate and variable speed controls.In this paper,alternating current electromotor is designed with the chip of FPGA series Cylone EP1C6F256,designed the soft core of NiosⅡCPU,combining exterior electric circuit,and using novel SVPWM control method,designed the AC variable-frequency speed regulating system.The out torque of AC motor is better by software & hardware to improve the performance of asynchronous motor.The main circuit is structured with 3 main parts of rectifier,filter and inverter.They are achieved with cell 15A/1000A single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier,electrolytic capacitor circuit and PS21867 IPM model,also designed the over-current detection circuit,over-voltage detection circuit and temperature control circuit.The control to inverter model IPM is the core of system realization,which is the main part of control circuit.This design using VHDL language in the signal SVPWM signal components which is tested in SOPC Builder environment.The SVPWM signal component is designed in hardware circuit have good performance in the driving of IPM,and have better implementation in the real-time control of the response.The paper expatiated that the mathematics models of AC motor is higher order, non-linear and closed coupling,multivariable input-output system.And introduces the principle and the algorithm of Sine Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM),opened-loop Space Voltage Pulse Width Modulation Control(SVPWM) and Field Oriented Control (FOC).Finally,realized the control strategies of variable-frequency speed regulating using C language in the NiosⅡsystem.Finally,the paper shows the experiment results and wave-line analysis in the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation.According to the test,the variable-frequency speed regulating system not only can regulate speed smoothly in 5~50Hz scope,but also have good dynamic and static performance.The test results confirmed that the design of variable-frequency speed regulating system is effectual and feasible.
