With the development of power electronic power devices, kinds of precise motor mathematical model and control algorithms proposed and established, the motor control technology has made rapid development. Especially the microcontrollers and digital signal processors used in the field of motor control, that makes the kinds of high precision, good control features and high-efficiency motor controllers realized. This paper discusses asynchronous motor variable frequency regulating system based on vector controlling. The main content includes the following:Firstly, aiming at the present requirements for the high precision and high-efficiency motor controller, the paper discusses the key technologys of the Asynchronous Motor Vector control Variable Frequency Regulating System. The module design and function technology including power electronics modle, detection control modle and control modle, and gives the method how to design and achieve it in detail. It introduces the related key technologies by the system used to achieve,including asynchronous Motor coordinate transformation, the rotator magnetic field technology and SVPWM technology.Then, it introduces the constitution of the vector control variable frequency regulating system. With the vector control theory, introduces one of the most important vector control which orientated as the rotator magnetic field; Analysis to obtain the asynchronous motor mathematical model using the coordinate transformation;Transform the high-order, multivariable coupling and nonlinear asynchronous motor mathematical model into DC motor similarly, which could be controled easily. Detailed description is gived about the definition and basic principles of the voltage space vector SVPWM, and give the key of the SVPWM algorithm.With the study of theoretical analysis, it gives the design of the system hardware circuit and software program. This paper uses vector controlling variable frequency speed control technology, the main circuit uses AC-DC-AC inverter and the control circuit used TMS320LF2407A as the core, this ASIC was designed by TI company. The control theory of asynchronous motor is space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). This part contains detailed design method of the system hardware circuit, the software frame of the control system and the detailed flow chart.Finally, the simulation results also show that the asynchronous motor vector control system has excellent performance, fast responsing time, anti-interference ability,and has achieved the anticipation of the study.
