Gear pump is simple structure, low cost, small size, immunity for hydraulic oil, but it is high flow pulsation, radial force unbalancing, high noise. In order to reduce the radial and boost the work pressure, the construction principle of synchronization gear pump was presented. Studing the project as followed:Firstly, the working principle and structural character of synchronization gear pump and the situation of loading in transmission shaft was analyzed. Building mathematic model, Selecting optimization algorithm, the result of optimal design and designed the pilot machine was concluded on the target of minimal size. The structure was designed on the basic of the results. Statics and finite-element analysis of the transmission shaft was finished. The design scheme was demonstrated feasibility by finite-element analysis.Secondly, the flow characteristicanalyzing was analyzed by computer simulation. The flow characteristic diagram was gotten on the situation of differential gears.Finally, the gear for pumping oil was analyzed by software ANSYSWorkbench. The results demonstrated that the damage formal of the gear for pumping oil on the ultimate condition still satisfied design criteria.
