| The gear pump is one kind of hydraulic pump which studies the earliest and the most depth, it has been widely used because of its simple structure, large power-density, highly anti-pollution ability ,low prices and reliable characteristics.But it also exists the highly flow pulsation and pressure pulsation,large noise,low efficiency,small flow,imbalance of radial hydraulic pressure, which has limited its development,especially it can’t adapt to the current theme of green-development.In this paper, in order to make up for the shortcomings of the gear pump, this paper designed a kind of four radial gear pump, and the study of the following:(1) This paper first analyzes the general structure and working principle of four radial gear pump. And then analyzed by the method of theoretical analysis of its flow characteristic, pulse frequency, etc., at the same time establish the corresponding mathematical model.(2) This paper studies in the gear pump of the theory of flow for Q= 200L/min, rated speed n=1000r/min, the rated pressure.P=16MPa. According to the requirement of the gear pump performance, this paper was carried out the optimization structure of gear pump, through the method of multi-objective optimization design.(3) This paper analyzes the flow leak path of the four radial gear pump, and analyzes the axial leakage and radial leakage flow,and adopts the axial float side plate structure and the optimal radial clearance to reduce leakage.(4) Integrated application of theoretical analysis and the method of finite element simulation to study the statics characteristic of the key parts of the four radial gear pump.(5) Application of ANSYS software to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the key parts of the four radial gear pump by finite element simulation analysis, Obtained each order modal vibration mode and frequency, and comparatived analysis with the characteristics of vibration force while working, to prove its feasibility and superiority in dynamic characteristics.(6) Simulation analysis of the four radial gear pump’s flow field by using FLUENT software, researched on the four radial gear pump’s pressure and velocity distribution of flow field, inspection the flow pulsation coefficient and the pulse frequency and the size of the leakage of the four radial gear pump and compared with theoretical calculation value, and further proved its feasibility and advantage. |
