The elevator is a complex electromechanical integration system. The vibration and shock generated in the running will make the performance of elevator weak, and may short the device's life-circle by loading dynamic force or moment. Otherwise, the vibration noise will make passengers uncomfortable. Therefore, the dynamic and ride quality has becomed a key problem of the development of the elevator industry.The thesis is an outgrowth of the author's work on the dynamics, mechanical vibration, dynamic system modeling, and acoustic radiation of the elevator. The work includes the following aspects.In chapter 1, the background and significance of the research are presented, the current research situations of the the dynamics of tractive elevator are mentioned. Secondly, the car noise prediction and analysis methods are introduced. Then, a brief introduction on the development of the test devices is presented. Finally, the study content of this dissertation are given.In chapter 2, a 10-DOF vertical dynamic model of trative elevator system and a 4-DOF horizontal dynamic model of elevator car are builded, after the characteristics of elevator's structure and vibration are analyzed. Then, an example is presented, an elevator's vibration characteristic is calculated.In chapter 3, the structrue modal anslysis of elevator car is performed on the basis of the finite element model. The acoustic modal of cavity of elevator car is computed. Lastly, the acoustic boundary element model is built, and the acoustic response of the structrue vibration is computed.In chapter 4 and chapter 5, the detail development of test and analysis system is presented, including hardware, firmware, and software.In chapter 6, the stated test requirement of elevator quality is introduced, then some tests are performed using the test system mentioned in this dissertation.In charpter 7, the content is summarized, and the reseach in future is given.
