Light triangulation is a traditional way for measuring distances. It was used very early to determine distances,angles,positions,etc. Having come into being laser has offered the light source of high brightness,monochrome,and directionality for optical measurement. The accuracy and correctness of the triangulation have been improved and put into wider use and practical operation,since the recent employment of the high-resolving power CCD and the development of computer collection and processing.The paper deliberated over the theory of triangulation on distance measurement. Optical circuit structure was designed on the base of the requirement of the system. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and realize dynamic measurement,a kind of driver circuit of CCD for the real-time regulation of gain is designed to remedy the errors exist when light intensity changes,In the circuit,we add a photoelectric cell,and make it and CCD exposure at the same time, integral the light current and then create the driving signal for CCD to reach the design goal of real-time regulation of gain. In order to get the measuring results,the paper also designed a high-speed data acquisition and processing system based on MCU,the frequency of the driver signals of two separate CCD can be regulated respectively, the output signals of two separate CCD are collected,A/D converted and memorized without interference of each other. At the meantime,MCU will calculate for each channel and display the results. At last, the analysis of experimental results is carried out and the feasibility of the methods adapted in Laser Triangulation System was proved.
