Real-time data acquisition and processing system is an essential part of the aerocraft guidance HILS system.Real-time data acquisition,processing and interaction is a necessary prerequisite to perform HILS experiment.As the seeker is linked in the loop,the time for data acquisition and processing is limited and should adapt to external events.Therefore,data acquisition and processing should be completed within the time limit of simulation model calculation,which brings high demands.In this context,the design and development of real-time data acquisition and processing system will not only be able to complete real-time HILS data acquisition,but also provides precise timing clock.This paper shows the research on the design and development of real-time data acquisition and processing system for missile guidance HILS system.We will introduce respectively in program solution design,hardware selection,driver design,software design and system debugging and testing,and offers a viable design of data acquisition and processing system.This system uses two-layer formation which combines upper and lower computer.According to collection requirements,the lower computer uses DA,AD,DI,DO,serial communication and reflective memory board of high reliability,to implement data acquisition and signal input & output.The system chooses real-time VxWorks system as the operating system,and completed the data acquisition board driver development to make full use of the real-time and precise timing characteristics of the VxWorks operating system,thus to solve data acquisition and processing problems real-time of a distributed system of data acquisition and processing.The upper computer uses Windows as a platform for the graphical interface development.The data acquisition system and interface developed using Microsoft Virsual C++ and Qt software achieves real-time processing in data acquisition and display.In this paper,the overall designing process of building a real-time data acquisition and processing systems in,as well as hardware and software platform is described in detail.We completed the development of data acquisition board based on VxWorks system,and designed and implemented the data acquisition and processing software interface display and human-computer interaction according to the needs of HILS system.The final system testing process are summarized,and the results are given.
