| Research of number of sea-route choice in special port is an important topic for the port construction and management. In view of enormous cost of excavation and maintenance of sea-route, the port investors want to add the number of sea-route in the best time when the capacity of sea-route is critical, but due to the lack of correlative theoretical research of number of sea-route choice, investors and government authorities are mainly empirical decision-making channel-route choice, which is arbitrary and subjective, at the same time lack of science and predictability. The paper analyzes the operating process of the port and channel system, which is composed of ship, anchorage, fairway and berth, studies the characters of these factors, and discusses the influence factors of the system. On the basis of system analysis, the paper establishes a queuing network model of the operating process of the port and channel system calculation for different ports, using the Rockwell Arena software for discrete-event simulation.Running simulation models, we can obtain respectively the ships' average of waiting time in the ratio of parking time (AWT / AST) with different ports, different channel length, different speeds, different navigation water level, a different number of berths. According to the above-mentioned values, we can obtain the number of berths when we change the one-path channel into two-path channel with the standard of expansion channel lines. Further more we can get the relationship between the time of sailing through the fairway and the number of berths, in which we change the one-path channel into two-path channel or change the two-path channel into three-path channel. So as to we get the time of changing the one-path channel into two-path channel or changeing the two-path channel into three-path channel with specific the level of service. |
