Tall buildings have many stories and heavy dead weight, axial deformation of wall and column is significant,because structures are statically indeterminate,consider axial deformation,especially when big axial deformation difference is existent between components,additional inner force will generate on control section of relative components,the effect of axial deformation difference is especially outstanding in frame-shear wall and frame core tube with transfer story.Because axial deformation of column and shear wall supporting on transfer story is bigger than supporting on rigid foundation,the axial deformation difference will have big influence with structure inner force.Tall buildings should consider floor leveling in construction,this case have big differece with Rigidity once formed,vertical loads once applied .So,《high rules》regulates,when tall building analysis gravity load action effect,the axial deformation of column and wall is suitable to consider construction process.This paper establishs the 3-d space analysis model of frame-shear wall with large-span transfer story, through considering construction process of the length of column vary,analysis structure vertical deformation and inner force,moreover,based on theory derivation,the results obtained by the method of length of column vary comparas with the methods of once loading and Rigidity formed by stories,loads applied by stories. The main conclusion is as follows:1,Through this paper compare calculation results using various kinds of loading about frame-shear wall with large-span transfer story,obtained the results by length of column are similar with the results by Rigidity formed by stories,loads applied by stories,verifying the method by length of column vary that put forward by this paper is reasonable in considering construction process.2,On the moment of beam:the result by length of column vary is similar with Rigidity formed by stories,loads applied by stories, the result by length of column vary has big differences with once loading,especially in top floor nearby.3,After using the method of length of column vary analysis the upper structure of transfer story,the axial deformation of middle column and side column are approximately parabola shape(It has salient point at the sections vary of component).And deriving in theory the general expression on elastic foundation. But the maximum value of the axial deformation differece appeared on the superior surface floor of transfer floor.4,On the axial force of column:the axial force of side column by the length of column vary is bigger than once loading at lower-middle part,and less than once loading at upper part; the axial force of middle column by the length of column vary is bigger than once loading.5,Comparing with the structure based on rigid foundation,the transfer story equal to elastic foundation of upper structure,can obviously increase upper verticality displacement difference of vertical element,thus increase the additional moment and shear force of upper beam and column.
