The concrete sandwich panel has good thermal insulation performance and is often used as building envelope,which is in line with the development strategy of building industrialization.Because of the thin inner and outer wythe of the concrete sandwich outer panel and the temperature difference between the inner and outer wythe was too high,it would cause the greater temperature stress of the inner wythe,outer wythe and connector between the two wythe.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to study thermal action of concrete sandwich panel on the popularization and application of the concrete sandwich panel.First of all,Considering the solar radiation,hourly shade air temperature change,orientation,color and other effects,normalized hourly air temperature model was separated into steady-state temperature or annual temperature,and periodic harmonic heat or daily temperature,the temperature field and average temperature of each layer of concrete sandwich panel considering hourly shade air temperature change and solar radiation was obtained.Second,According to the maximum temperature difference of the average temperature of the inner and outer wythe of concrete sandwich panels with different orientation and inner and outer wythe thickness under different working conditions,and compared with the relevant standard methods,the correction of outdoor air basic temperature was put forward according to the calculating of the temperature field of the concrete sandwich panels under steady state heat transfer.Third,With the simple supported unidirectional plate as the calculation model,the connectors between the inner and outer wythe were simplified as the homogeneous material layer which only transfered axial deformation and shear deformation,and it was assumed that the inner and outer wythe only have bending deformation.By means of equilibrium equation,physical equation,compatibility condition and boundary condition,the analytical formula of interfacial shear stress and normal stress was obtained,and the internal force values of inner and outer wythe of sandwich panel were obtained.Fourth,The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the finite element model of the concrete sandwich panel under thermal action.The interfacial stress and the internal force of the panel under the action of temperature was analyzed,and the results were compared with the theoretical results.The results showed that the finite element results were in good agreement with the theoretical results.Finally,The theoretical analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the interfacial stress and the internal force of the concrete sandwich panels by changing the parameters.
