Supercharged boiler power system is a kind of steam-power equipment which use the turbocharged units to transport combustion pressured-air for furnace, and it is the develop direction of large powered ship systems, because of high reliability, high operational life, small size and the weight of good maintainability of characteristics and so on. So it is important to study on itThere is not a complete thermodynamic calculate standards fit to ships supercharged boiler power system, there are not any corresponding test methods, too. It has been proved that the computer simulation is a convenience and fast way to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the supercharged boiler steam power systems. It is valuable to build a whole mathematic model to analyze the variable condition characteristics of supercharged boiler steam power system, Its purpose is provide some consult advices to develop.Mathematical model is simplified and assumed by means of a suitable way, according to various parts of the system features, order to enable the establishment of models to reflect the pressurized boiler power system's basic characteristics.In order to make the mathematical model constructed by the more generic and scalability, it is divided into the combustion module, evaporation module, heating surface module, turbo module, the main Turbine module, condensation module, extraction and heat recovery module and deaerator module, by modular idea. Through a link by transmit energy and quality between the modules. Variable Step fourth order Runge-Kutta algorithm is chosen to solve the mathematic models, and choose Fortran 90 to make a program. In the course of exploited models, algorithm is separated from the model, So that extended, reused and modified easily.Order to validate the models, the static characteristics analyses and several typical running status dynamic-simulation experiments have been completed. The simulation results show that the whole simulation-model can basically reflect the dynamic characters of the supercharged boiler steam-power system. Of course, it could be satisfy to the requirement of flexibility. Although the simulation-model only fit to the equipment,but it be conveniently able to join the control system.
