Supercharged boiler, as the core of marine steam power plant, has the characteristics ofhigh reliability, high operational life, small size, light weight and good maintainability and soon. Domestic study in this field is in start period, so it is necessary to study on it.This thesis takes the small-sized supercharged boiler as the researching project, based onprinciple of supercharged boiler, the thermal calculation of full and75%loads are completedwith the КÐ'76methods. The boiler body is modeled by JTopmeret with graphics modelingmethod, while the single loop PID control system is designed by JControl on drum water leveland combustion. Finally, both models are integrated and debugged in the GSE which is apowerful simulation platform, and simulated under steady state and dynamic disturbance.The results of simulation experimentation indicate the simulation data has littledifference with steady state calculation, dynamic disturbance process is in accordance withactual instance, and self-made control module can gain good control effect, validate therationality and correctness of the simulation model and arithmetic, provide guidance to theoperation analysis, control and debug of small-sized supercharged boiler.
