With the augmentation of the electrovalence difference between peak periods to off-peak periods, consumer can save run-expense and reduce the electro-cost who make use of thermal energy storage. On the other hand, use the technologies of thermal energy storage can shifting electrical energy demand from peak period to off-peak period; it also can be propitious to enhance the electric fence's load and insure the device run safely.In summer, such industries as cold storage, food, and cryogenic logistics will consume much electric power. It can save much energy if we can develop some materials which could be used in those industries. In this article, some binary compounds and tri-compounds are selected. The materials whose phase change temperature between 0℃~-40℃are supposed to be the suitable materials. These materials have such advantages as stable property, no chromatography, no super-cooling and high latent phase-change heat.In the experiment, the eutectic concentration and the eutectic temperature can be measured by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC).Because of the inorganic'serious chromatography and super-cooling and the organic'variable phase change temperature, the emphases of this article is organic.At last, we got the phase change temperature,latent phase-change heat and specific heat of the three compounds such as C2H6O2-NaHCO2-H2O,C2H6O2-NaC2H3O2-H2O,C2H6O2-NaC3H5O2-H2O,C2H6O2-NaC3H5O3-H2O,C3H8O3-NaHCO2-H2O,C3H8O3-NaC2H3O2-H2O,C3H8O3-NaC3H5O2-H2O,C3H8O3-NaC3H5O3-H2O and binary compounds such as NaHCO2-H2O.Conductivity is the decisive character of the phase change materials. An apparatus to measure the conductivity of the fluids was manufactured, and the measuring method is proved to be accurate, easy and quick operation. With the apparatus we measured the phase change materials, the apparatus was demarcated by the standard materials and the precision arrive at 10%, so the materials'conductivity is believable.Storage goals are simulated by the FLUENT. The temperature field is obtained and phase change interface position changed with time is also calculated. By comparison, choose the better one to be used in the future which consume less time than the other one in the process of storage and release.
