Energy problems constrain the development of modern economic society,Chinese energy problems become increasingly serious,as the living and travel comfort requirements of people are improving,the energy consumption proportion of building air conditioning and automobile air conditioning is gradually increasing.Phase change cold storage materials which have ?cutting peak and filling valley‘ nature and some energy conservation advantages such as excess energy recycling have been used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.In this article,cold storage materials selection standard for air conditioning of regular working condition was analyzed based on the literature and data research.Appropriate phase change materials were explored and developed by experiment.Differential scanning calorimetry was used for studying the phase change performance of elemental organic materials.The results showed that,the phase change performance of decyl alcohol,tetradecane,pentadecane were suit for the standard for air conditioning of regular working condition.Binary mixed phase change materials were developed and analyzed based on elementary material test results and freezing point reduction law.The results showed that,the phase change performance of isopropyl myristatewere and cetane,lauryl alcohol and capric acid,lauryl acid and octanoic acid,octanoic acid and tetradecyl alcohol were suit for the standard for air conditioning of regular working condition.The thermal conductivity of organic phase change materials was studied by transient heat source method,and proved to be relatively poor.In order to improve the thermal conductivity of organic materials in phase change energy storage system,the numerical simulation software Fluent was used for heat transfer reinforcement study.Three-dimensional solid model of phase change heat transfer was established by using paraffin as research object.The effects of adding copper wire and implanting fins on paraffin wax melting and heat absorption process were analyzed.The results showed that,the addition of copper wire accelerated the melting process,but it had a certain impact on energy storage.The arrangement and number of copper wire had an effect on the phase change energy storage process.The effects of implanting fins on the phase change energy storage process were greatly affected by the height of the fins,in this model the height ratio of the fins and paraffin should not be less than 0.975,and punching on the pins reduced the energy storage rate.
