Study On System Of Gather Packaging Optimization Based On Logistics Packaging Dimension Standardization

With the increasingly frequency of international trade and accelerating of International Logistics Standardization, largeness, Palletized and standardization had became the leaders of Logistics Transport. How to make good use of standard container and reduce the cost of transport has a program in the field of Logistics. So the reasonable packaging dimension should be made, the style of packaging box pile code need be prescribed and the high of Palletized Unit on Transport equipment should be accounted. It can be seen that making Logistics packaging dimension series not only depend on product attributes, the more importance is that Logistics packaging size should assort with the other part of Logistics. So How to make the Logistics packaging dimension and optimize Gather Packaging has become an important program in order to improve enterprise benefit.In this paper, the method how Logistics Packaging Dimension Series were used in gather packaging optimization was put forward on the basis of analyzing the status of Logistics packaging dimension standardization and Gather Packaging both at home and in abroad. Packaging Dimension Standardization is good for making use of space resource of container, can help enterprises to establish packaging regulation, from this, Packaging Dimension can assort with the other part of Logistics, and then promote Logistics system running orderly and fluently.In this paper, the main content was as following:①This paper discussed the packaging standardization function in Logistics standardization, analyzed the packaging standardization gap between our country and other developed country and actuality of Gather Packaging. And the main content that this paper studied on was put forward.②This paper introduced the method and steps of making packaging dimension series, the emphasis is studying on division dimension series based on palletized basis modulus, Which provide Theoretical basis for making Logistics packaging dimension.③This paper put forward the method of Gather Packaging optimization based on Logistics packaging dimension standardization. The method,step and restricted condition of Gather Packaging optimization were analyzed, the division dimensions were used as Packaging dimensions, the pile code high of Corrugated Box and Palletized Unit were optimized by GA. The decision-making basses for packaging and Palletized Transport were provided.④The system of Gather Packaging optimizing based on Logistics Packaging Dimensions Series was developed. The main function was realized by software on the basis of demand analyze,detailed function design,Data base design and function model design. Taking part of function model for example, this paper demoed the running of system and explained the way of using it.⑤The researching work was summarized, and continuing research expectation was put forward.
