Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle(UAV) is being widely used in the fields of military and civilian, especially in the modern war. This field has been studied quite extensively in the recent years. More requests have been given not only on the robust and dependability of the flight control system of UAV, but also on the development period of the flight control software. To shorten the development period of the flight control software with higher confidence level and reliability, a more suitable test and development environment should be found.The paper initially describes the procedure for the flight control rapid prototype of UAV, and investigates its global structure. According to the application of rapid prototype design on the flight control system of UAV, it designs the rapid prototype environment which is more suitable for the application of the flight control system combine with the characteristic of dSPACE real-time simulation system, including bottom-level module,flight control task management module and rapid prototype control desk software.Then, this paper describes the detailed design on each module. The design of bottom-level module includes serial interface communication module and input-output module of analog quantity. According to the theory of Finite State Machine, this paper designs the flight control task management module. Combine the task mechanism of dSPACE and Simulink to investigate the application on rapid prototype design of multitask. Simultaneously, combine with Tilcon software which has been mature applied in this lab, this paper designs more suitable control desk software for flight control rapid prototype through the CLIB interface function library of dSPACE.Lastly, the hardware-in-loop simulation of whole flight is performed through the dSPACE system and real-time simulation equipment. The paper analyzes the effect of rapid prototype technology on the application of flight control design of UAV, and validates the correctness of the content.
