With the development of the automobile industry,all aspects such as the national policy,the driving experience,market competition put forward stricter requirement about cars,the engine ECU control module is more and more complex,there are more and more parameters,at the same time,the accuracy of the each parameter about the engine ECU is also getting higher and higher.While the development cycle requirements are getting shorter and shorter.However,the traditional ECU development method can't meet the requirements.Based on the above problems,the modern ECU development method is based on the model development process,in which rapid control of the prototype and hardware in the loop are the important parts of the development process.They can shorten the ECU development cycle,and reduce the laboratory and the company's research development cost,finally improve the reliability of the development.Firstly,this paper takes the engine A151 of BAIC Automobile E150 as the prototype,The demand analysis of the sensor signal,actuator signal,communication and overall function of the hardware ring simulation system is carried out.Otherwise,this paper analyzes and compares the research status of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system at home and abroad in detail.Based on the current research base of the laboratory,this paper presents a self-made general design scheme of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of engine ECU,and designs the block diagram of system modularity.To achieve the basic test of the engine control strategySecondly,according to the modular block diagram of the system,the MC9S08DZ60 single chip microcomputer is used as the control core of the system hardware,and the hardware output of the system's signal output module,serial port / CAN communication module,liquid crystal display module and actuator module is designed.In addition,the software part of the system is designed by using CodeWarrior programming software to realize the simulation of the engine signal,the communication between the system and the PC,and the man-machine interaction interface.Design and build a hardware in the ring simulation system physical platform to facilitate the OpenECU to provide a virtual engine work environment.Finally,this paper uses the rapid control prototype OpenECU,the model-based development ECU process will quickly control the prototype replacement engine ECU,established the engine control strategy research platform,the gasoline engine control strategy is analyzed and designed.Because the OpenECU controller itself has provided the module which can be called at the bottom,the control model of the engine is built in the environment of Matlab / Simulink software,including the sensor processing model,the actuator control model and the cold start condition control model.Use Off-line simulation for testing.Moreover,the real vehicle test platform is built and the engine control strategy is tested by real vehicle test,which verifies the correctness of the engine control strategy by using the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system to test and verify the control strategy and feasibility.To achieve the purpose of car start,and reliable operation.
