Along with the constant development of the air transport industry, airspace is becoming increasingly crowded, which greatly increases the possibility of conflicts between aircrafts. In order to ensure flight safety, we must adopt strategies to relieve conflict, which can achieve conflict aircraft security, stability, and efficient completion of conflict relief. In this paper, the conflict relief models of two aircrafts are discussed on the basis of three-dimensional space, which is base upon the model of the center of mass with the plane's trajectory; and then, the conflict relief models of many aircrafts are researched, and achieved the mathematical model. With considering multiple variables and control variables to be bound in the actual flight model, the conflict relief strategies of two aircrafts are studied by using the optimal tracking control. On this basis, the cooperation mechanisms of the multi-agent system will be introduced to study the conflict relief strategies of multi- aircrafts. The feasibility of this method was verified through examples.
