Along with the civil aviation enterprise's vigorous development and the military flight training mission's gradual increase, the air traffic flow increases rapidly, the airspace faces more and more congestion, and flight conflict becomes serious day by day. In order to assure flight security and expeditiousness, every two aircrafts can not get closer to each other than a given safety distance. Therefore the technologies of conflict detect and resolution is the key to improve flight security and benefit.Conflict detection is to account the aircraft's flight location, altitude and speed information through airborne and ground surveillance equipment, and use their flight plan with the current time navigation data to predict the location of their future time to determine the spacing between aircraft is less than the required safety value, in order to achieve the forecast, alarm function. If random two aircrafts' forecast position violates the safe space requirement, ATC announces that the existence latent conflict, and enters the conflict extrication process immediately. The conflict extrication is when surveys the latent flight conflict, ATC plans avoids flying the conflict ideal trajectory, so that the flight control system can defer to this path operation airplane independent flight, and gets rid of the potential conflict.According to the author's experiences in several years, the dissertation proposes aircrafts' particle trajectories, the security model of protected areas, conflict detection model, and Formulates the route flight conflict recognition methods, based on three-dimensional space the aircraft, and elaborate the flight conflict extrication's relative motion method adjustment direction and change speed . Using the optimum control theory, the dissertation carry on the route flight conflict extrication, returns through the related controlled variable to the aircraft automatic control system, and returns finally to the original route, and does not change its flight plan. According to the real flight conditions, the dissertation analyses the route flight conflict's cooperation and non-cooperation way from vertical and level directions extrication strategy. The way of adjustment direction can escape the conflict in any time. The greater the distance and heading difference between aircrafts, the smaller change of the heading. But it will change the aircraft's scheduled for flight plan course. When two aircrafts' distance is further than 6 times of flight method can effectively avoid the conflict, aircraft can continue to maintain the original implementation of the flight routes.The method of free flight conflict detection and method based on the optimal control theory can avoid the route flight conflict. This method has important theoretical research value and practical significance, to improve traffic management, and prevent excessive congestion, and improve operational efficiency, and ensure flight safety.
