Study On Related Problems Of The Railway Freight Transport Organization Pattern Reformation

For a long time, the organization pattern of railway freight transport in China has always been the transport organization pattern giving priority to organization. In the kind of sole pattern, the train working diagram is the basic document for the train operation organization, the train operation dispatch management is the core of the train operation organization. The time that freight vehicles pause in the marshalling yard is indefinite for the assembly of the vehicles is the full train pattern. The ability of the dispatch management staff and subjective factors affect train movement. The cargo arrival time is indefinite. Therefore, it is important for railway freight transportation department to optimize organization pattern of railway freight transport.First, the paper begins from the types of the organization pattern of railway freight transport and analysis on the advantages and disadvantages. Then the development tendency of railway freight transport is described, focusing on the important customer strategy, the strategic loading point as well as the tendency transferring railway freight transport into logistics, and analyzes the influence impacting on the organization pattern of railway freight transport.In view of the inadaptability of the organization pattern for the development tendency of railway freight transport, the author hold that we must reform the present organization pattern. The reform was carried out in two steps, first of all, putting the pattern giving priority to organization into the concentration pattern, secondly, changing the one into the pattern giving priority to programming. The article analyzes the feasibility from the society, technology and economy, and plans the concrete contents of the reform.Based on the study above, the mode of wagons' gathering has been researched emphatically. The modeling for arrival-assembly-starting of vehicles has been carried on using the method of queuing theory. The queuing parameters of various vehicle flow and different frequency were studied in detail by example, and then draw a conclusion. Finally, the paper studied how to determine the optimum number of vehicles and the interval time for the two kinds of different model. The study has practical significance for the future.
