The hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete can substantially reduce the structural weight. Compared with the size of other types of floor, it has greater rigidity and stronger crack resistance. Then, it has a good prospect in long-span and the large space structures. At present, there are few research. In this paper, The hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete is build, and be researched in the force of the mechanism of deformation characteristics of the theoretical research and finite element analysis . The main contents are as follows:1. The system of the current long-span floor is summarized, this thesis introduced the main methods of analysis of a system of long-span floor. The hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete is a hollow box floor with the tensile stress paste parts of carbon fiber, carbon fiber and pre-stressed imposed, Both the carbon of fiber structure and the hollow floor bear the load.2. The hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete has the same mechanism of stress and deformation performance as the general solid floor. But it has box in the central and carbon fiber on its surface, it is not the same in the stiffness calculation. In this paper, on the base of small deflection theory of thin flexible, I have deduced the differential equations of the floor, a cross-section of the stiffness formula.3. For simply supported edges of the hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete, using analytical methods to derive the deflection and analytic solution of the moment; fixed on the four sides of the hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete, use of the methods of numerical analysis to derive deflection and the numerical solution of the moment.4. It introduced several design method of the floor without beam, and amended it. Example analysis showed that the proposed amendments to the plate have a very good accuracy.5.It established the finite element analysis model of The hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete, using ANSYS finite element sis software to analyze it, finite element calculations, the formula for calculating the results of this paper, and the results were analyzed and found they have a good agreement, demonstrated the two methods of the feasibility. 6. The article describes the large-scale analysis software ANSYS of the general structure. in ANSYS program, use SHELL91 unit and the beam unit element to elect model. Comparing the results of the analysis with the test results, verified that in ANSYS , the beam unit modeling is used to calculate the structure of the box floor, can be a very good accuracy. Analysis showed that the proposed method of calculation and modeling to a more accurate calculation of box floor of the deflection and internal forces.7. SHELL99 unit is used to simulate the elastic deformation of the stage and the stress distribution of the hollow box-type floor of fiber pre-stressed concrete8. This paper analyzed the pre-stressed box-section of the floor slab on the parameters of heart-shaped cross section and the section stiffness.
