Missile fault diagnosis based on the test data is very important for missile health management. It's also an important technology to improve the performance and avoid the accident. At present, missile fault diagnosis based on the test data is still mainly rely on manual data interpretation and comparison. So, the real-time and accuracy are not so good to meet the requirements when they are in the war. This article has conducted in-depth research of the missile fault diagnosis method. It is mainly composed of two parts. The study of missile fault prediction method based on the time-series data is the first part, and the development of automatic data interpretation software is the second part.(1)The study of missile fault prediction method based on the time-series data, is by using the statistical theory of time-series trend predict and range predict to establish the time-series prediction model, and then the model is used to predict the change of the missile performance. It has great significance to reduce or eliminate the hazards of missile fault.(2)The automatic data analysis software for the test data of missile is developed with the missile fault prediction methods and VB programming language. The practical application of the software developed shows that diagnosis accuracy and real-time character of the automatically diagnostic software are efficient.
