In order to improve submarine's hiding function, noise elimination Tile is usually covered on exterior surface of the non-pressure shell; Deadening and decoupling Tile is usually laid on exterior surface of the pressure shell; And damping layer is usually covered on inner surface of the pressure shell (these three structures introduced above are all called multiple acoustic covering layer). Due to acoustic covering layer having special cavity structure in it, the cavity body will generate distortion and absorb energy when it encounters explosive shock wave. This will affect the submarine's anti-shock performance seriously.So, firstly, the energy absorption capability of plate structure coated with acoustic covering layer is researched to find the relationships between the structure's distortion, velocity, acceleration and the energy absorption capability and get the anti-shock capability of the structure.Secondly, it aims at the general structural form, which is broadly adopted in submarine structure (double cylindrical shell structure with stiffening ribs), and the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to study the shock performance of double cylindrical shell structure with stiffening ribs coated with acoustic covering layer. The relationships between anti-shock capability of the double cylindrical shell structure and the position, the thickness of the acoustic covering layer and the changes of the cavity model are discussed. Anti-shock performance of shell structure coated with acoustic covering layer is received and also the structure of the acoustic covering layer is optimized. Based on these, suggestions about design and performance parameters of the structure coated with acoustic covering layer are given, which has the ability of both shock resistance and vibration isolation. The composite plate structure in ABAQUS is used to do modeling and calculating of the acoustic covering layer of the submarine structure, and the comparison result between modeling with entity element and composite plate structure is done, aiming at the same model with the same loading. The result shows that it is feasible to use composite plate modeling calculation. At last the submarine model coated with acoustic covering layer is established based on this method. The shock condition computing model of the submarine is got and the effect of the shock condition and shock response due to acoustic covering layer is investigated, also the effect rule of the shock condition and shock response due to different laying mode of the acoustic covering layer is discussed.
