As an important auxiliaries of steam turbine generator system, the performances of condenser have a big impact on the economy and safety of the whole system. Numerical simulation has become an important method to study the steam flow and heat transfer inside the condenser due to the large dimension and the complexities of configuration, steam flow and heat transfer.In this paper, through the simplification of complex physical model, multiphase Eulerian model and standard k-εturbulence model based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software fluent are used, discrete equation of non-steady problem is built, Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equation (SIMPLE) is applied to calculate.Two-dimensional condensation heat transfer of some simple geometric models with the numerical models mentioned above are simulated in this paper, the velocity field of the steam channel, condensate distribution are gained. Through the comparison between simulation results and practical phenomena, the correctness of the simulation results are gained and the rationality of the numerical models mentioned above are verification. Two-dimensional steam flow and heat transfer of condenser with the numerical models mentioned above is simulated in this paper, according to the simulation results, illogical configuration of the condenser which induce the short-circuit of the steam channel is discovered, for this, some corresponding measures to improve the condenser are proposed in this paper, moreover, two-dimensional steam flow and heat transfer of the improved condenser is simulated, velocity field and pressure field of steam, temperature field, heat transfer coefficients distribution and condensate distribution of tube bundles zone are gained.In addition, he heat flux distribution of the typical tube bundles inside the condenser are analyzed in detail in this paper.Besides, condenser operating characteristics of two kinds of different working conditions is simulated and analyzed in this paper, steam flow and heat transfer of condenser in different working conditions is explained in detail, this would help to deal with the problems happened in different working conditions.In the end, three-dimensional steam flow of condenser is simulated, velocity field of the shell-side and tube-side are gained in this paper, some useful information for more simulation are provided. |
