As the stabilized platform of the camera has been applied widely, the requirement of image stabilization becomes more and more strict. The essence that the image is unstable is that the relative movement occurs between axis and object. This kind of relative movement is caused by object movement and platform movement. Generally speaking, only the roll and pitch movement of the ship is considered, to provide a horizontal and stable platform. But it can't remove the spatial displacement caused by the roll and pitch movement.The technique to control photograph beam peacefully and structure solution of the stabilized platform of the camera are mainly discussed and researched in this paper based on the analysis to the traditional stabilized platform of the camera. Referring and making use of the stable controlling principle and camera parameter marking method, the camera system can focus on the target promptly and accurately with effectively controlling the pitch angle and the azimuth, accordingly the clear image. In the controlling system aspect, the solution based on the PCI Bus of the PC is brought forward where the intelligent controlling card is the core device. The servo motor using pitching and roll control in the camera stable platform and the stepping motor control system caused by pitch angle and the azimuth are designed separately.Finally, the feasibility of the controlling solution is proved through analyzing the experiment of controlling system principle.
