With the rapid development of modern military technology,precision-guided weapons have gradually become one of the main means of strike in modern local wars in recent years,and has become the first military equipment that has a significant influence on the battlefield pattern in the early 21 st century.As an important component of guided missiles,seeker can provide guidance information for missiles to continuously track and strike targets,which has become a research hotspot in the military field of various countries.In this paper,the rate-stabilized roll-pitch seeker using television guidance is taken as an object to study the design,simulationand implementation of the seekers' control system.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research status of seekers at home and abroad,briefly introduces the main functions,classification and structural composition of seekers,and the principle and processing strategy of roll-pitch seeker's zenith pass problem.Secondly,this paper constructs a dual-channel mathematical model of rate-stabilized roll-pitch seeker,and uses rate gyro feedback control for the stabilization loop;and uses PID control and active disturbance rejection control theory to design the controller for the position tracking loop.With simulation calculations,the dynamic performance,tracking accuracy and robustness to external interference of the controller are studied.The simulation results show that the PI controller's roll channel has overshoot on the square wave input,but the pitch channel does not have overshoot;ADRC controller has no overshoot,faster rise time,and resistance to external interference than PI controller;The isolation degree of ADRC controller is far less than that of PI controller,and less than 1%,which can isolate the influence of missile motion on the optical axis of seeker.Finally,the hardware composition and software design of the control system are introduced.This paper uses the TMS320F28335 DSP chip produced by TI as the core.In order to meet the control requirements of the seeker servo system,the control software for the seeker's stabilized platform is designed,the seeker's hardware-in-the-loop simulation is carried out,and the DSP Implementation of the platform control algorithm is completed.The results show that the seeker can track the target smoothly.It provides an available technical scheme for the guidance transformation of conventional small caliber rocket.
