Nowadays , with the daily increasing of energy sources consuming and gradually serious environment empoison, tidal power, as renewable and no pollution energy source, is being paid great attention by more and more countries. This kind of technology also becomes research hotspot of many scholars from different countries.In the paper , research on tidal generation electricity key technology (the electronic energy conversion) has been done all-around from theory to practice .At the same time, the digital system which has great application foreground has been analyzed at large in theory .Their organic combination has established stability theoretical foundation for the following study .Basing on the SPWM DC to AC control theory, the main circuit as well as control rule of tidal generation control system are researched in detail. Meanwhile, aming at the characters of tidal generation electricity ,AC to DC,DC to AC control, the battery charge control and the filter circuit are accomplished. This is a constant frequency and voltage system that the consumer could get steady voltage when the tide changes as designed.The microprocessor DSP2407A is used in the design of the controller, and the hardware configuration is also lucubrateed. The application of the IGBT intelligence module IPM in main circuit could simplize the configuration ,reduce the cost, enhance the reliability and be competent for all kinds of operation demand.At last ,on the basis of theory analysis and experiment result, an electricity energy conversion has been developed. Many experiments and emluators have been done and the observed waves are consistent with those of theory research, which proves the application value of the system.
