Radio fuze is a kind of fuze, which is developed based on the radar techniques. Its main purpose is bombing point control. Air-to-ground height-finding technique is used in lots of weapon system, and plays an important role in ensuring the damaging probability and precision striking ability of weapon system. Bomb-borne height-finding proximity fuze implements real-time height finding in the weapon system. The paper is based on the signal processing techniques of millimeter wave proximity fuze. Firstly, the developing background and research status of the fuze techniques is introduced. With the summarization on the definition, sort and phylogeny of proximity fuze, the characteristic of some representative proximity fuze overseas is introduced. Secondly, based on application of millimeter wave techniques in the fuze system, the whole structure of one millimeter wave proximity fuze is provided, and the ranging theory of LFMCW is expounded in details. Aiming at the common performance requirements of fuze system, the parameters design of transmitting wave is analyzed. Based on the introduction of antijamming measures of proximity fuze, the antijamming performance of the duty agility fuze system is analyzed, and the echo model is provided, which is the evidence of the frequency-domain detection arithmetic. The software and hardware of the signal processing system is designed particularly, the hardware design contains circuit design and chips selection of all modules, the software design contains the logic design of FPGA and the programming of the DSP system. Finally, the test result of the signal processing system is provided.
