| Highway design is a kind of synthetic work concluding planning and designing. In order to Select an alignment satisfying all the requirements about politics, economy and technology, a highway engineer must analysis the natural environment consisting of topographic and hydrological conditions. As the highway designing depends on the analysis natural conditions concluding Geographical attributes and the environment facts, the relationship is important between highway designing and natural environment. In order to improve the design quality and increase the design speed, automated highway design model come into being. If we use of automation and intelligent approach to solve multi factor binding problem, through computer technology to achieve reasonable route generation and evaluation, we can quickly provide convincing route, and scientific decision-making. To establishment of an Intelligent Highway alignment optimization system has become the main subject.In this thesis, an idea of GIS-based highway Alignment intelligent Optimization system has been put forward. We will establishment an automated and intelligent highway alignment optimization system which can integrate alignment selection with programmer evaluation as one issue. This thesis will study on the theories and methods about developing GIS-based highway Alignment intelligent Optimization system.First, the system can select a minimum cost to meet the design standards, the smallest damage to the environment route in the target region, which improved the model's practical application. The system consist three modules which is Optimization Module, cost model and GIS-based knowledge module.Second, the cost module established a life-cycle cost model, which can be through the fewest input data estimating comprehensive cost of a new highway. Through the investigation of previous studies on highway optimization model we build the cost module which covered a number of deficiencies. The cost's calculating consists of two steps, the first step, getting the related attribute data through GIS, the data will be transmitted to the cost model; the second step, called the cost model for estimating costs.Finally, by understanding the geographic information system features and functionality, we established the knowledge base which chooses GIS as a platform, and using GIS data storage, management, as well as the display of line.The system is applied in Henan real maps and databases. The results show that the proposed method can solve real problems. After multiple operating systems, we got the impaction of design speed and cross section. |
