Continuous rigid frame bridge is one of the more extensive and mature bridge used in China, The related persons doesn't take problems of design and construction enough. which causes the bursting crack of the bottom plate of some prestressed continuous rigid frame bridges in the closure segment when prestressed tendon was tensioned. So it is necessary to study on destroying reasons, replying measure, reinforcement and maintaining.First, in this paper, disease situation of the bursting crack of the bottom plate in our country's rigid frame bridge was concluded and summarized systematicly, on this bases, reasons of bursting crack were analyszed from structural design, construction, management, and mechanical characteristics of bridge structrual and etc, putting forwords the corresponding controling measures.Second, based on the actual bridge, means of emergency treatment and testing results about accident of bursting crack were described. According to the condition of the damage of the actual bridge, the finite element model about the plane bar system and spaces entity was established, the work obout retrying of structure, the analysis of noninjured structure, the local analysis of the bottom plate with opening hole and bursting crack, the stress loss of prestressed tendon and forced state of common reinforced were analysed after the structure was destroyed, According to the calculated results, the paper draws the corresponding conclusions through analysis of bursting crack process.Final, combined with the results of the analysis of detection and calculation, through the simulating calculation of bridge construction and the comparison of stress in construction phase, the best rehabilitation programme was choosed by comprehensive analysis to the two mengtd sets programme, also the construction organizational design of the selected programme was carried and the corresponding solutions of the major and difficult issues were put forwards in the construction, providing references to similar projects.
