The joints of the reinforced concrete frame are such important parts in the structure, which connect the beams and columns transferring and distributing the internal forces, mediating the deformation of the components, and assuring the integrity of the structure. Since the nodes are destroyed, the whole structure would collapse. And several passed earth quakes have proved the weakness of the nodes. Meanwhile, there are a lot of the buildings which need be overhauled and reinforced, which means the requirement of the anti-seismic reinforcement for the joints.The method of attaching FRP in the core zone for joints reinforcement has been approbated, however the nodes connect the beams and columns and the internal force is so complicated, which make it more difficult. Concerning the research of the domestic and foreign countries, they focus on the basic components of the structure such as the beams and columns and there are not so many cases in the joints of the structure. Because being short of the cases for the joints FRP reinforcement and the lack of the samples, which make the localization of the design reinforcement methods. Taking the authenticity of the material as the foundation, the finite element analysis (FEA) could incarnate the situation of the stress and strain at real time and analyze the principle of the stress-strain, and based on a plenty of the examples, researching more sorts of the index and enlarging the scales of the joints reinforcement analysis, which would be a makeup of the experiment research and theory analysis.This article would prove that the method of FRP joint reinforcement is an effective reinforcement way by simulating and analyzing the FRP joints reinforcement by sort of Type +, Type T and Type L, and comparing the cracks, displacement and stress-strain with the original data, which educe that the development of the cracks and the shearing deformation would be controlled effectively, meanwhile the failure models would be improved. And in the process of the comparing, we would take one piece of them as the original sample and six pieces of them as the reinforcement; the process of comparing concerns three different indexes: FRP reinforcement rate, the type of FRP and the type of reinforcement. Then we would get the results that the anti-shear ability of the FRP joints reinforcement would turn stronger when we install more FRP on the samples. We concern with three different fibers: Carbon Fiber, Aramid Fiber and Glass Fiber. The Carbon Fiber has the most effective ability for the reinforcement; the Aramid Fiber is inferior to the Carbon Fiber; and the Glass Fiber is not as good as the two previous in restriction. By comparing between horizontal attaching and 45。diagonal attaching, we got that 45。diagonal attaching was better that horizontal attaching. Because the FRP was attached along the direction of the tensile stress and the compressive stress, it could make the FRP more effective.
