Inclined pylon partial cable-stayed bridge without back-stays has novel model and reasonable structure.It has the beautiful figure of the Inclined pylon bridge without back-stays,but its characters of mechanics is more close to partial cable-stayed bridge,and is a new kind bridge type,and when people will construct a bridge in cities,it is a better plan. On the basis of some deep researches of inclined pylon partial cable-stayed bridge without back-stays and partial cable-stayed bridge, this article put particular emphasis on the following contents:1. Tthrough the balance of still forces theory, discussing the static characteristic that inclined pylon partial cable-stayed bridge without back-stays differentiates in common inclined pylon cable-stayed bridge without back-stays and partial cable-stayed bridge.2. Further,structure characters about pylon,cable and beam are concluded and then,it will has the foundation in the system design of this kind of bridge.3. After the comparison a ong several bridge types of cable-stayed bridge and the discussion of the influences to the bridge static characteristics caused by the parameters such as rigidity of girder and tower.4. Through Midas finite element programme,computing the effect value of earthquake force on the inclined pylon partial cable-stayed bridge without back-stays,and analyse and study the impact of that area earthquake force over that bridge.
