Based on the design material of Ansha Bridge in Luding County, Sichuan Province, finite element model was established by software MIDAS CIVIL and computer program was compiled by MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox. Then, on these bases, optimization of reasonable cable force and parameter sensitivity analysis in finished stage were studied. The main research contents are as follows:1. Several common methods were summarized and compared to determine reasonable cable force of cable-stayed bridge and respective advantages and disadvantages were listed. In addition, fundamental of the minimum bending-energy method and the stress-balance method were deduced in detail.2. Concept of cable force unevenness was proposed which is evaluated by the index of cable force uniformity coefficient. Besides that, the combined optimization method, which is based on the minimum bending-energy method and the stress-balance method, was established with cable force uniformity coefficient and energy growth coefficient as the two objectives.3. Finite element model of Ansha Bridge was established by software MIDAS CIVIL, and computer programs of the synthetical optimization method was compiled by MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox. Then, on these bases, reasonable cable force of Ansha Bridge was determined and the feasibility of this method was verified.4. Generally speaking, prameters related to the structure force are generalized as the following four aspects:Load fluctuation; Differences of structure performance; Environmental impacts; Distortion of calculation model. In this thesis, kinds of parameters which may occur during the construction stage, such as self weight of beam, cable-stayed force, stiffness, concrete shrinkage and creep, sag effect and temperature distribution, were analyzed about its sensitivity and influence to the finished stage of Ansha Bridge.
