With the development of national economy and the acceleration of Urbanization. Urban traffic contradiction turns sharper and sharper and becomes the chief obstacle torestrict the development of the economic. As its technique predominance such as great capacity rapid speed good security and punctual urban rail transit settles the more and more contradiction of traffic supply and require in the big city receives people's favor. People have received the consensus of opinion to develop public transport systems which the backbone is urban rail transit and vehicles harmonized developed to form multi-dimensional traffic system. The evolution trend of urban rail transit is optimistic.Moreover because as a result of our country big city faced land, population pressure, environment pressure and city structural adjustment ,acts according to city environment situation to develop the new urban district or the construction the new urban function group, between the connection group or the satellite town track line length already obviously surpassed the conventional line, presented the urban track transportation"ultra long-line".This article research was precisely based on the passenger flow characteristic of the urban track transportation"ultra long-line"and the city spatial structure reciprocity , has conducted the analytical study to driving organization's each base element, has adopted the method which the fundamental research and the concrete case study unified, established the train grouping optimization model as well as the running interval time optimization model in the passenger flow characteristic analysis's foundation, then obtained the corresponding driving organization optimization plan.The paper mainly includes five parts: The first chapter introduction selected topic background and significance, domestic and foreign urban track transportation"ultra long-line"driving fabric study present situation; The second chapter"ultra long-line"the passenger flow characteristic has carried on the analysis to the orbital transportation, and the same conventional line passenger flow characteristic has carried on the comparison; The third chapter to orbital transportation"ultra long-line"the driving organization's related essential factor has carried on the analysis; The fourth chapter the use systems engineering methods proposed the driving organization optimizes the method and the step, and unify the concrete example to carry on the optimized practice; The fifth chapter summarized this article main research content and further studies and forecasts.
