Nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,the national economy has been rapid development,the rapid increase in the level of income of residents,the car began to enter thousands of households,leading to the city's motor vehicle ownership soared.But the surge in car travel has also led to urban problems such as traffic congestion.The development of public transport is to improve traffic capacity,unit space is an important way to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion,the city rail transportation because of its large volume,high speed and high reliability advantages,has attracted more and more attention in recent years.To achieve the goal of "public transport priority",it is necessary to guide the policy,but also to regulate the market economy needs.Scientific and flexible rail fare is an important means of economic regulation,which can be formed through price leverage to control effectively the traffic demand,to increase the attractiveness of public transport,improve the bus sharing rate,alleviate the city traffic problem is significant.In this context,this paper focuses on the research of the urban rail transit super long line as the research object,studies the problem of the flexible ticket pricing under the conditions and analyzes the influence of different fares on the passenger flow of rail transit.First of all,the paper analyzes the pricing theory of urban rail transit,analyzes the pricing method and the flexible fare,and concludes that the method can be used to reduce the traffic congestion;Secondly,this paper analyzes the definition,classification,characteristics of passenger flow and pricing methods of super long track traffic lines.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban public transport(rail transit and conventional bus),this paper constructs the model of rail transit and conventional public transit;Finally,the paper takes Chongqing Metro Line 3 as an example to analyze and validate the model.According to the actual situation of line 3,this paper analyzes the influence of fare on passenger flow.Then,the method of elastic fare is introduced,and the model of the elastic transportation and passenger flow is established.Set in the peak period for long rail transit line extension road setting elastic fare scenario analysis,the analysis results show the same line of passenger flow by conventional public transit to ultra long rail transit line transfer,to verify the feasibility of the model;This paperanalyzes the change of the passenger flow of the rail transit line caused by the elastic fare at different time periods,and obtains the relationship between the fare and the long track of the urban track.
