TJWX-2000 Micro Computer Monitoring System has been already equipped on the railway system at large. As the increasing of equipped number, The TJWX-2000 Micro Computer Monitoring System gradually shows the lack of monitoring functions because of its early researching date.The new technical standard of TJWX-2006 Micro Computer Monitoring System was put forward by The Railways Ministry. The structure, the monitoring contents and the functions were ruled in this standard.In this paper, the author designed a new Analog Monitoring Board of Railway Monitoring Machine based on TJWX-2006 Micro Computer Monitoring System standard. The original Railway Monitoring Machine cans only gather the range of Rail Voltage of The 25Hz Phase-sensitive Track Circuit. The new-developed Analog Monitoring Board not only cans monitor that range, but also cans monitor the Local Voltage range, and the phase angel between the two voltages. Only the phase angel being 90 degree, the Binary Position Transformer could operate normally.The author created a new digital system based on LPC2292 chipset. The original system's real-time monitoring ability can be improved.The improved system contains two blocks: one is hardware system, the other is software system. The hardware system is mainly used in AD converting, data collection, communication and controlling. It is also to be used in the outer signal's isolation and magnifying.In this paper, the author has finished those working below: (1) analyzed the signal form of 5Hz Phase-sensitive Track Circuit, (2) debugged the PCB, and analyzed the problems; (3)fulfilled the function that it was planned to be.
