With the rapid and sustained development of the domestic railway network,the scale of operation and the level of modernization have significantly improved.China has become the longest mileage,the highest speed and the largest scale of construction in the world.Under such a high scale development and application,China Railway Group has higher requirements for reliability,safety,availability and maintainability of ground track circuit equipment.Especially after the company system reform of China Railway,controlling maintenance cost,guaranteeing safe operation and reducing the occurrence of faults have become the focus of future operation tasks.The development of railway industry invests tremendous financial resources in the maintenance of signal equipment safety every year,and track circuit is one of the most basic and key signal equipment for automatic control of railway signal,and it is an indispensable guarantee for high-speed and safe operation of train.Therefore,the maintenance of track circuit equipment has gradually become an urgent problem to be studied.In today's society,the research and application of RCM by equipment management departments in various industries are more and more extensive,because it makes up for many deficiencies of traditional maintenance schemes,not only improves the accuracy of maintenance methods,but also provides an important guarantee for safe,reliable and efficient production of equipment.The application and analysis of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)scheme in 25 Hz phase-sensitive track circuit is studied in this paper.First,the 25 Hz track circuit system is analyzed by FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).By studying the operation principle of 25 Hz track circuit system,the functional structure is obtained,and then the fault causes,direct and indirect fault effects of each function structure are judged,and the occurrence degree O and difficulty degree D of each function subsystem are evaluated,and the risk of RPN is calculated.Ordinal number.The second part combines the fuzzy matrix model with the logical decision flow chart model to get a reasonable and effective maintenance plan from the qualitative and quantitative point of view.The third part verifies the obtained maintenance plan,confirms the feasibility of the maintenance plan,then optimizes it,and confirms that the supplementary preventive maintenance plan is added to improve it.Close to the actual maintenance,making the improvement of the maintenance program has more guiding significance.The research results in this paper will help to fully understand the determination of maintenance plan for 25 Hz track circuit system,and provide a theoretical foundation for the research and development of railway signaling equipment maintenance program in China.
